Fees
How we price an audit engagement
Fees reflect product-line complexity, sample volume, and whether fieldwork must sit on your ops floor. The figures below are guidance for planning — every engagement receives a written quote after scoping.
| Engagement | Guidance | What moves the fee |
|---|---|---|
| Licensing readiness audit | From NT$280,000 | Number of product lines, cross-border corridors, evidence room readiness |
| AML & KYC control review | From NT$160,000 | Agreed sample sizes, customer segments, alert volumes |
| Operational resilience walkthrough | NT$140,000–NT$220,000 | Critical processes in scope, vendor count, on-site days |
| Board reporting assurance | From NT$95,000 per cycle | Metrics traced, number of packs, multi-cycle retainers |
Estimate factors we disclose early
During the scoping call we ask about licence type, product catalogue, prior supervisory findings, and how quickly ledger extracts can be produced. Late populations extend fieldwork; we note that risk in the outline so calendars stay honest.
Deposits secure the fieldwork window. Remaining fees are due on delivery of the draft management letter, with final payment on the signed letter. See our refund terms for cancellations and rescheduling.
What we never invoice for
- Software licences or monitoring seats
- Surprise “platform” access fees
- Mandatory multi-year retainers on a first engagement
If remediation staffing is needed after findings, that is a separate conversation — never bundled as a surprise line on the audit invoice.
