Privacy notice

Last updated: 28 July 2026. This notice explains how Connect Automator handles personal data collected through this website and in the course of delivering audits for fintech clients.

Data controller

Connect Automator, reachable at 952 Abigayle Isle, 臺南市, 福建省, Taiwan, hello@connectautomator.digital, and +886-4-318-2159, is the controller for personal data collected via this site and for engagement administration data unless an engagement letter names a different arrangement.

Data we collect

• Inquiry form details: name, email, engagement interest, preferred window, and message content
• Newsletter email addresses if you subscribe
• Technical logs such as IP address and browser type when essential for security
• Engagement records: client contacts, evidence coordinators, and correspondence needed to deliver the audit

Purposes and legal bases

We process inquiry data to respond to scoping requests and to prepare outlines. We process engagement data to perform contracted audits and related administration. Where required, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, or consent for optional newsletter and analytics cookies.

Retention

Inquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless they convert into an engagement file. Engagement records are retained for at least seven years or longer where supervisory or contractual obligations require. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Subject to Taiwanese personal data protection rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Contact hello@connectautomator.digital with “Privacy request” in the subject line. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority in Taiwan.

International transfers

Our primary operations and storage are in Taiwan. If a processor outside Taiwan is used (for example, email delivery), we apply contractual safeguards appropriate to the destination and the sensitivity of the data.
