Terms of engagement and website use

Last updated: 28 July 2026. These terms govern access to https://connectautomator.digital and, where applicable, the engagement letters issued by Connect Automator for audits for fintech clients.

Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these terms. Commissioning an audit requires a separate written engagement outline or letter; that document prevails over website copy if there is a conflict on scope, fees, or deliverables.

Services described on this site

Descriptions of licensing readiness audits, AML and KYC control reviews, operational resilience walkthroughs, and board reporting assurance are informational. They do not constitute an offer until we issue a scoped outline you accept. We do not provide legal opinions, regulated legal advice, or licensed statutory audit opinions under Taiwanese company law unless expressly stated in an engagement letter.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and downloadable materials remain the property of Connect Automator or their respective owners. Working papers created during an engagement remain our property; the management letter and agreed deliverables are licensed to the client for internal governance, supervisory, and counsel use as stated in the engagement letter.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorised access, scrape content for resale, or submit false inquiry details. Inquiry forms are for genuine scoping requests related to fintech audit work.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Taiwan, Connect Automator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. For commissioned audits, liability caps and exclusions are set in the engagement letter. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable Taiwanese law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
