Provider and delivery

Senior auditors from Connect Automator lead the engagement. Fieldwork is delivered on-site in Taiwan where evidence rooms and operations floors require presence; document review may run hybrid when extracts are complete. Typical duration is three to six weeks from kickoff to final letter, depending on data readiness and the number of product lines.

Preparation we ask of you

Designate a single evidence coordinator. Provide access to policy binders, recent board packs, exception registers, and a sample population frame before week two. Late extracts extend the calendar — we note this in the scoping memo so expectations stay clear.

Constraints

We cannot begin sample testing until a population frame is available. We do not restate findings as legal advice. Observations that touch ongoing supervisory inquiries are flagged for counsel review before the management letter is finalised.
